Jamal Shah, Interim Federal Minister of National Heritage and Culture, graced the Pehchan Pakistan Prize Distribution Ceremony 2023 as the Chief Guest.
An appreciation shield was presented by the Minister to Mazhar Nisar, renowned author and anchor, in acknowledgment of his valuable contribution as judge of the Creative Writing competition.
Raja Mazhar, Managing Director of the National Book Foundation, addressed the audience at the 2023 Pehchan Pakistan Prize Distribution Ceremony and offered to extend support to the creative writing winners by publishing their work.
An appreciation shield was presented by Federal Minister Jamal Shah to Malik Uzair Khan, Executive Director of Lok Virsa, in acknowledgment of Lok Virsa’s collaboration in the Pehchan Pakistan 2023 contest.
Hashim Khan, a wildlife photographer from Islamabad, graciously allowed Pehchan Pakistan to use his photograph of a kingfisher for the cover of the 2023 E-Guide. In recognition of his contribution, he was awarded an appreciation certificate by Federal Minister Jamal Shah.
